NoOdore B.V.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

·      Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity.

·      Day: calendar day.

·      Digital Content: data produced and supplied in digital form.

·      Distance Contract: an agreement concluded between NoOdore and the Consumer within the framework of an organised distance sales system, using one or more means of distance communication exclusively or partly up to the conclusion of the agreement.

·      Return Period: the period within which the Consumer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

·      Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer’s option to withdraw from the Distance Contract within the legal 14-day period.

·      NoOdore: NoOdore B.V., as defined in Article 2.

3. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by NoOdore and to every Distance Contract concluded between NoOdore and the Consumer.

Before the Distance Contract is concluded, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available electronically. If this is not reasonably possible, the Consumer will be informed where the Terms and Conditions can be accessed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If additional product- or service-specific conditions apply, these will apply alongside these Terms. In case of conflicting provisions, the Consumer may rely on the provision most favourable to them.

 

4. The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

Each offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind NoOdore.

Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations associated with acceptance.

 

5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the stated requirements.

NoOdore confirms receipt of the order by email. If the Consumer does not receive confirmation, they are requested to contact customer service.

The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate order and contact details. NoOdore cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect information.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without stating a reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer, receives the product.

During the withdrawal period, the Consumer must handle the product with care and may only inspect it as would be permitted in a physical store.

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer must register the return by contacting support@noodore.com or via the online return portal (if available). NoOdore will confirm the withdrawal request by email.

 

7. Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the Consumer exercises the Right of Withdrawal:

·      Return shipping costs are fully borne by the Consumer.

·      NoOdore does not charge restocking or return handling fees.

·      After return registration and approval, the Consumer will receive the return address and instructions by email.

The Consumer is responsible for proper packaging and return shipment.

 

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal may be excluded for products that:

·      have been worn, washed, damaged, or are no longer in resellable condition;

·      are missing original tags or packaging;

·      involve hygiene-sensitive items that were unsealed after delivery.

 

9. The Price

All prices shown in the webshop include VAT.

Shipping costs apply as specified in the Shipping Policy:

·      Free shipping on orders over €75

·      €6.95 flat-rate shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for orders below €75

At this time, NoOdore ships only within the Netherlands and the EU.

 

10. Conformity and Warranty

NoOdore guarantees that products comply with the agreement, stated specifications, and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the Consumer must contact support@noodore.com and provide clear photos of the issue.

NoOdore will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable consumer law.

 

11. Delivery and Performance

Orders placed before 23:59 are shipped the next business day.

The Consumer receives:

·      an order confirmation after placing the order;

·      a Track & Trace link after dispatch.

NoOdore ships via PostNL and DHL.

Delivery is limited to the Netherlands and Belgium. If delivery is delayed or a product becomes unavailable, NoOdore will inform the Consumer and offer appropriate solutions in accordance with consumer law.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Consumer only upon receipt.

 

12. Duration Transactions

NoOdore does not currently offer subscription-based or continuous delivery services. This article applies only if such services are introduced in the future.

 

13. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

The Consumer must provide accurate payment information. In cases of suspected fraud or misuse, NoOdore reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order.

 

14. Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted promptly via support@noodore.com.

NoOdore will respond within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the Consumer may escalate the matter as described in Article 15.

 

15. Disputes

Agreements between NoOdore and the Consumer are governed by Dutch law.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to competent courts or consumer dispute resolution bodies in accordance with Dutch and EU law.

 

16. Additional or Deviating Provisions

Any additional or deviating provisions must not disadvantage the Consumer and will be clearly communicated before the agreement is concluded.
