We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable return process.
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your product to decide whether you wish to keep it. If you choose to return the product, you must notify us within these 14 days. You can do this by sending an email to support@noodore.com or via our online returns portal.
Once your return has been registered and approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions by email. After approval, you have an additional 16 calendar days to send the product back — giving you a total of max. 30 days from receipt to complete the return.
This ensures that customers have adequate time to consider their purchase and complete the return process.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· The return address will be provided after return registration and approval.
· Items must be returned in resellable condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s), provided all return conditions are met.
· We do not charge a return handling fee. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
1. Register your return by contacting us via support@noodore.com.
2. Enter your order number and postal code.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.
4. After approval, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions by email.
5. Ship your package back following the provided instructions.
Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose:
· A full refund to the original payment method
· An exchange for a different product or size (optional)
· Store credit (available upon request)
Return processing may take up to 14 days once your package has reached our warehouse. You will receive email updates throughout the process.
We do not offer a separate exchange process. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the regular return procedure.
You may then:
· Place a new order for the desired item, or
· Request an exchange after contacting us — only if the exchange is for the same product in a different size or colour and the item is currently in stock.
Our customer service team will confirm availability and assist you with the next steps.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@noodore.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
